I've come to the realization that every day, we have vital decisions to make. We have to decide if we're going to make a decision that's going to take us one step closer to our goals or take us one step further away from our goals. For example, I recently eliminated a lot of sugar and processed foods from my diet and lost weight that I have been trying to lose for a few years.

Well, now that I am at my "goal weight," I have a DECISION to make: Do I continue on this path and get down to my "ideal weight" or do I resume my old habits and continue to talk about how I need to "do better?" My point is that we are just ONE decision away from that great career, that great relationship, or that great business, but we have to desire the results more than we resist the process. I’ll repeat it: We have to desire the results more than we resist the process. Our desire to see things change in our lives has to out-weigh the temporary discomfort of going through the process.

So, as I continue on my decision-making journey, I encourage you to evaluate areas in your life where you are just one decision away from living the life you were created for.

I'd love to hear about your journey! Share it with me at InspiredSistah@InspiredSistah.com.

Many Blessings,
Tangie

Hi, Antionette! I totally understand your concern. You are, indeed, managing a lot of responsibilitie s. One thing I would say is find your "Why?" When you locate your "why," it will fuel your motivation. You have to have a focus bigger than yourself to inspire you. Motivation comes and goes, but inspiration is lasting. I don't always feel motivated to do what I do, but I am very confident in the fact that I've been called to inspire women. So, when I'm tired, frustrated, discovered, etc., I focus on my "why" and I press on. I hope that gives you the spark you need to follow your passion. Stay encouraged, sistah!
Blessings,
Tangie

I love it! First congrats on your success. Second, I have been evaluating areas of my business and this was a right on time word. How do I make it better are the questions I ask myself, who do I collaborate with to carry our the process and how do I get more visibility? This journey has not been easy yet rewarding. I am still Winning because I started! Thank you again and keep up the great work you are doing; mentally, physically and spiritually!
