Gifted to inspire, Tangie Henry has spent years encouraging others to rise above their circumstances and soar to new heights. As a Registered Nurse and Certified Life Coach, Tangie has an opportunity to "minister" to all types of women at times of great vulnerability. She has a heart for women who are broken and bruised and those challenged by life's obstacles. Offering "Inspiration with a Flare," anyone needing a little motivation is inspired by her to move past their setbacks and go to the next level. Using her life experiences, a little sistah savvy and a lot of Godly wisdom, Tangie encourages women to be their better selves. She is the founder of InspiredSistah LLC, a faith-based company dedicated to "Inspiring Women to Live on Top of the World.." Tangie currently lives in the metro Atlanta area with her husband, Jessie.

The Inspired Sistah Workshops are coaching workshops with an intimate group of women designed to encourage, empower and uplift the bond of sisterhood. The workshops are designed to give women the opportunity to "let it all hang out." False pretenses, impure motives, and hatin' are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is an opportunity to Get Real and Heal. Participants get an opportunity to explore issues that may be conciously or sub-conciously hindering them from achieving their goals and having victory in their lives. Some popular workshop topics are:
"What You See is What You Get: Living a Life of Authenticity"
Living authentically means staying true to who you are even when it's not popular. It means being consistent and true to your character even in the face of disapproval. During this workshop, ladies explore exactly what living authentically means to them. We explore such questions as:

Living on purpose should be an intentional act. From the conversations we have to the clothes we wear, our purpose should be at the forefront of our minds. During this workshop, we discuss:

"A while back, I listed on a sheet of paper some of the things that I would like to do in life. Along with my many other ideas, my wanting to start a not-for-profit organization sat on this list in a spiral notebook. Every so often, I would revisit this list thinking about how I was going to accomplish all of the things that I wanted to do. Resonating in my mind was the thought that there is a population of little girls who are no less deserving of a moment of specialness. That population is comprised of the "Hidden Girl": The girl whose circumstances are not picture perfect or story book. I wanted to let these girls know, in case they already didn't know, just how special they are."
"Like an expecting first-time mother, for months I carried this vision without seeing the progression of it. Because someone fed me wise counsel, my vision began to grow. Tangie Henry of InspiredSistah LLC, posed the question to me, 'What can you do today, at your level, to reach out to those girls?' Without waiting for my answer she said, 'Start where you are today.' With that in mind, I began to get organized and stopped focusing on the "how's" and "when's." I left my paralysis of doing nothing behind and did something."

"Most of my life I've dreamed of singing or acting before people. And even though I sang in church, I constantly battled the feeling of not being good enough. While attending college, I sang in the choir and was always one of the main singers of any group that I sang with, but still felt that I was not good enough. So for me, my dream of singing was just that...a dream. I could see myself singing before people but I would then allow fear to grip my heart and keep me from pursuing my dream."
"I've known Tangie Henry of Inspired Sistah for several years, but in the year 2009, God allowed our paths to cross again at a very sensitive time in my life. While attending an Inspired Sistah workshop, Tangie stressed to us that we have everything we need to fulfill the purpose that God put within us.
